The Italian painter Aldo Damioli was born in Milan in 1952.

He has participated in numerous important exhibitions in Italy and abroad, for example in 2001 at the Galleria d'Arte Moderna in Bologna, in 2002 at the Museum of Modern Art in Budapest; since 2005 he has exhibited in the Spirale Arte Galleries in Milan, Verona and Monza and in 2005 he participates in Fuori tema Italian feeling, XIV Quadrennial, at the Museum of Fine Arts, Rome and in 2006 in Ironica.

Sumptuous and chilling, Damioli's views challenge the common senses of sight and orientation: a scenography and editing effort that produces environmental stills awaiting action and real protagonists.
