Refund policy

Arte Pentagono™ unfortunately does not accept refunds for change of mind or any other reason, and the contract is non-cancelable and non-refundable once the order has exceeded 15 days.

If merchandise is received damaged or broken, the company will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you under an expedited shipping arrangement. We only ask that you share a picture of the damaged product so that we can view it and make a decision promptly.
