Giuseppe Giorgi (Bourbon, 1950) is an Italian painter.
The artist refines his research in identifying and interpreting evocative city places and atmospheres, accentuating their color values and spatial scans, resulting in an image that is more pictorial than realistic.
| UNIQUE WORK |
Oil on canvas by Maestro Giuseppe Giorgi.
The Master is part of the movement "THE Collective," which deals with social and political issues of the 1970s.
At the end of those years, after numerous trips to northern Europe come out of his works, strong impressionistic influences, which were born as a tribute to Monet and his works:" Water Lilies and Reflections on Water."
He participated with his works in the 1975 National Art Quadrennial in the "New Figuration" section.
The artist renewed his interest in the connections between painting and landscape, deepening the relationship between the construction of the work, that is, the interaction between matter and spatial dynamics, and the perception of reality.
Reality understood not as mere representation, but as inspiring new and deeper meanings.
